For large water users, water is moving from a background utility cost into a more serious question of resilience, operational risk, growth, reporting and long-term licence to operate.
That does not only apply to the biggest national users by volume. It also applies to any organisation whose water use matters because of where it is located, how it operates, how fast it is growing, or how exposed it may be to drought, local infrastructure constraints or public scrutiny.
