PAYMENT POLICY

Registering for one of our conferences constitutes a formal obligation to pay. Payment must be received in full within 7 days of registration or before the conference date, whichever comes first. Access to the conference may be restricted, and the applicant will still be held liable for the full costs if this policy is not adhered to. All discounts will be void if the agreed payment terms are not met.

Cancellation Policy:

Payment constitutes formal commitment to attend and acceptance of our cancellation and substitution policy: Once a registration is made and payment has been processed, refunds are not available. You may transfer your registration to another participant at no additional cost. To do so, please notify us via email at info@strategy-engineering-research.com at least 24 hours prior to the event. In the event that you can no longer attend the event due to personal circumstances, a refund will not be given however you may request a credit for a future event - please contact us at info@strategy-engineering-research.com

Strategy Engineering Research Group reserves the right to cancel and/or amend the agenda, dates, and advertised speakers at any conference it deems necessary.

Delegates may not share a pass between multiple attendees without prior permission.  

The conference is being organized by Strategy Engineering Research Group, a limited liability company formed under English company law and registered in the UK no. 15536189 

Strategy Engineering Research Group reserves the right to alter or cancel the speakers or program. Strategy Engineering Research Group reserves the right to refuse admission.

Post-Event Materials 

Although Strategy Engineering Research Group aims to ensure that all speaker presentations are made available, some presentations will occasionally be restricted from publication post-event for confidentiality reasons.

We want to inform you of other Strategy Engineering Research Group products and services. This will be carried out under the Data Protection Act. Please write to the Chief Marketing Officer, Strategy Engineering Research Group, at the address below if you do not want to receive this information.
